I Could Use That!

This is a multi-page questionnaire that the bride and groom can use to easily come up with a vision of what they want their wedding ceremony and reception to look and feel like for themselves and their guests. They both choose words and phrases that come closest to what they envision for their wedding. It's a comfortable way for grooms to express opinions on what they would like for their wedding. He will often surprise everyone with some really great ideas that make him feel more involved with the planning process. There's also a section for each of them to circle what they are most worried about in regards to their wedding emotionally and financially.

This is a kit that consists of a visual way for wedding attendants to know where they need to be in the rehearsal and wedding line up. It also doubles as a keepsake of the wedding rehearsal. It is a color-coded system that includes a sign that each attendant wears from their neck attached with ribbon. Corresponding colors of signs match up the Bridesmaid #1 with Groomsman #1 and so forth. There is also a set of pink and blue signs for the bride and groom. There's space on the back for the Coordinator's business card or other pertinent information that each attendant will have in case there is a problem and they need to contact the Coordinator. Each attendant also fills out information with their name, "title" and cell phone so that they can be reached by the Coordinator or main contact person. It is invaluable when people are nowhere in site. It's alleviates the bride from having to stress out about where everyone is with one reliable person in charge with all of this information. I recommend that names are not assigned to the cards until the actual rehearsal itself because speaking from experience, we know that often the line up changes to match up attendants by height or someone can't make it to the rehearsal and wedding at the last minute. (I really hope that the latter does not happen to you!) There's an add-on kit for weddings with more than 4 attendants, ring bearer or flower girl.
