~Have welcome gifts waiting for guests at their place of lodging, including area attractions.
~Track R.S.V.P.'s for client.
~Weekly Check-in calls.
~Monthly meetings (phone, in person, Skype or conference call)
~Unlimited consultation calls during business hours or by appointment.
~Assist with keeping client within their budget.
~Accompanying client in shopping for items for wedding or reception as desired.
~Contacting all vendors and venues continually throughout the planning process.
~Assisting in theme development.
~Create design for wedding and reception.
~Creating a timeline for the entire wedding day.
~Act as liaison between vendors, venue, for guests and the bride and groom.
~Accept deliveries for client at venue prior to and on wedding day.
~Directing the rehearsal.
~Decorate or coordinate decoration of ceremony and reception.
~Have Bridal Fashion Emergency Kit on site.
