Weddings:
This can include full or partial planning of everything from an engagement party, shower and on through perhaps helping you plan your honeymoon, if you wish. We also provide a one-day-coordination service. The average American wedding uses the services of 20 or more vendors. This may seem impossible until you begin taking care of the endless details. With a full planning option, we can save you money because of our relationships with vendors. We invest a lot of time in our business networking with potential vendors so that your wedding is handled with competence.

Each wedding is unique so a one-size-fits-all quote is not realistic, and our goal is to have your wedding filled with special meanings just for you no matter what your budget is. We can also offer officiating for your wedding or vow renewal as noted in more detail below. If you are considering getting married in Hawaii, it would serve you well to give us a call first. We have contacts in Hawaii that will provide quality service to assure that you will get the wedding you are dreaming of and not one that is made on honest but sometimes incorrect assumptions. Fifty percent of the brides that go to Hawaii to get married are from the Seattle area. We will go the extra mile for you.

Other Personal Celebrations:
We will pay as much attention to any personal celebration realizing that life if full of greatest of days that deserve to be recognized. Those days are those that you give you a sense of happiness or accomplishment. We're there for you on those days that might be sad but you want them to be especially memorable and full of honor and even some humor that will help you through the day. We will listen to what you envision and bring you into a creativity zone that is comfortable for you. We are good at seeing what you would like when perhaps you find it difficult to describe. We love to listen and brainstorm with you!

Professional/Business Events:
We enjoy assisting you in creating the event that will be remembered and be worth your investment. Communication is vital. From booking a speaker, finding a venue, researching incentives options, catering, theme designs, to valet parking services, and the other numerous aspects that could be involved in a professional event, we will do our best to make your event a success. Our goal is that your company or organization will be remembered in your attendees' minds long after the last person leaves. If you are honoring a particular person or group of people, we want everyone to feel a sense of pride to be in their presence.

Community Events:
We feel that communities are so very important. We can assist you at many levels from helping a school's fundraising efforts, typical school celebrations and community events. These events can be those that citizens look forward to every year or for assisting with events that can help for the betterment of the community. Decorating/Design Decorations are above and beyond the basic flowers for the bridal party and special guests for a wedding. Though decorations could be partially or entirely comprised of flowers, the category emphasizes the ambience that is created with all forms of decorations. For many people, this is what leaves a lasting impression. We can put together a decorating package that will include design and set-up that will follow a theme and your budget. We will contract out methods of decorating if that is not in our area of expertise.

Your specific event is entirely tailored to stay within your budget and theme. We realize that there are many great days in different areas of your life, whether they are personal celebrations, professional events or community activities. Officiating We specialize in non-denominational wedding ceremonies or vow renewals. We will work with you to customize your vows when you don't really know where to begin. We will also perform the "short and sweet" ceremony if that is more your style.

Dennis Flagg is an Officiant through the Universal Life Church and he specializes in non-denominational ceremonies. He will work with you on customizing a ceremony or perform a simple ceremony to satisfy state requirements to become legally married. Pricing and Stipulations One free hour of initial consultation to determine what you envision for your wedding or event. We can discuss the best options for pricing after we have discussed what you want for your wedding or event. We charge $25.00 for each appointment missed with less than a 24-hour notice with some exceptions.

We offer research results for venues and vendors. We have a minimal charge for each category that you want us to research so that you are only paying for what you need. We must charge for the vendor categories we research even if you decide you don't want that type of vendor for whatever reason. For full planning, if your event is within 3 months, the charge increases slightly due to the lack of venues and vendor availability. If you have an event that has over 250 people, we reserve the right to bill an additional charge for venue searches.

We charge a mileage fee for travel over 15 miles after the initial consultation.
What makes us unique? We are a husband and wife team who are basically available to you well beyond regular business hours.

We also offer a special service for your printed products that can be used to send "Save the Date" cards, invitations that can include pictures and maps, thank you notes as well as thank you gifts. The thank you gifts can range from sweet treats, beverages, books and gift cards. The best part is that you never have to address, seal, or stamp an envelope. All mailings go out with a first class stamp and your return address on the front. The addresses are input into a system only once to cover all of your mailings. You have a large variety of cards to pick from, customize or create on your own. They can even be printed to match your own hand writing. Different options are available to meet your budget and needs. It saves you time, money and energy and stress!!

We also know professionals who can provide live streaming video of your event so that your friends or family who aren't able to attend for any reason, can see your wedding as if they were there. This is a great option for those that are overseas, unable to get time off to attend, or are ill or elderly. This is a good option for some business events as well.

We have connections with florists, travel agents, dance instructors, and so forth to help ease you through the whole process of planning an event.
